  • Accounting & Finance tasks (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll)

  • Marketing services (e.g., content creation, email campaigns)

  • Administrative support (e.g., invoicing, CRM)

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Ensuring all necessary access credentials are secure and valid.

  • Using our services in accordance with local laws and professional standards.

3. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed according to the agreed-upon rates and schedules.

  • Payments must be made on time; late payments may incur fees or service interruptions.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to review.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and work created by WizeWork remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client holds the rights to the delivered work.

5. Confidentiality

WizeWork commits to maintaining the confidentiality of your data and business processes. All client information is handled securely and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees are due immediately.

  • WizeWork will return or delete client data as per request.

7. Limitation of Liability

WizeWork is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Client-side issues including data loss, misconfiguration, or third-party interference.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. Disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion or legal mediation, if necessary.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or website updates.
